This workshop is being led by acroyogi-teachers-in-training Chris and Sasha! And so will be offered on a sliding scale  - No one will be turned away for lack of funds :) We are looking for barters to assist with fire starting, food, tea and water etc.

Bring water, snacks, camera and/or notebook for breaktimes (class time will be fully participatory), clothes comfortable for moving in (that won’t fall down - or up - as we move horizontally and vertically), a yoga mat if you have and a playful and trusting spirit!

What is Acroyoga?

Acroyoga is an infusion of partner yoga, acrobatics, dance & therapeutics.

Starting with the basics we’ll create a solid foundation for everyone as flyers, bases and spotters. We will introduce some foundational acro poses and  cover basics in therapeutic flying and multi-partner play! You do not need any experience or to bring a partner.
