ROAD NOTICE - Road Closure - Tuesday July 12, 2016 Conn Rd.

Danger Tree Removal - located aprox. 1 KM. from T Pot corner on Conn Rd. or about 200 meters past Gordon and Ann's stand.  Preparation for falling is scheduled to begin around 09:00.  This standing dead old growth presents falling challenges so determining the time or duration of the actual closure isn't being posted.  This project may go ahead in a timely fashion or there may be long delays with necessary preparations to ensure faller safety.  As always, when you see a "BE PREPARED TO STOP" sign slow to a crawl and watch for flaggers.  When driving through any controlled work site please do your best to establish eye contact with any workers you encounter on the roadway.  If you find yourself on the wrong side of the closure the delay could be lengthy, should this happen to you and you decide to leave your vehicle and walk home please park well off the road a significant distance away from the work site.
