Fire Safety, - Early Shift - begins July 28, 2016

Early Shift - is a measure taken by BC Forests to reduce the chances of human caused wildfires.  For those working in wooded areas complying to the early shift requirements may present some challenges however any reduction in the number of wildfires benefits us all.  I encourage everyone to inform themselves about how the risk factors we are subject to change/increase when weather conditions cause the fire hazard rating to rise from  HIGH  to  EXTREME.
