Winter Craft Fair

Event Date:
Saturday, December 6, 2014 - 11:00am - 3:00pm

The annual Winter Craft Faire will be held at the Community Hall on December 6th from 11:00-3:00.

False Bay School PAC invites you to peruse and purchase local wares crafted by your very own community, keeping your holiday dollars on island.  Delicious food, warm drinks and tempting baked goods will be served and there might even be a few carols to be sung?  Stories for the kiddos between 12-2 in the library room and some fabulous raffle items.  Canadian Tire money laying around?  PAC would gladly accept it and put it towards playground/sports equipment at the school :)  You can even get a hair cut in the Green Room Salon!
See you there :)

On the menu is Pizza for those who enjoy food in hand while perusing the local wares and there will be both a meat and a vegetarian soup for those who prefer to sit and take a break from shopping :)  Warm drinks will be served, festive options available. The bake sale table will be full of treats to eat that day or to take home for later; please contact Mopsy if you would like to donate to the table.

There are several raffles for those who like a little risk in their lives : Basket(at least one), 1/2 cord fir firewood from Hot Stuff($150 value), $100 gift certificate for Nesvogs Meats in Nanaimo and of course the 50/50 Draw!  If you would like to pre-purchase tickets for the raffles you can do so at False Bay School as of November 14th.

Jenny Vester is organizing the Mullberry Bush Book Sale again this year, please let her know if you have something in mind and/or would like to pre order. And finally, we are having a Canadian Tire $ drive for playground enhancement at the school. If you are interested in donating your Canadian Tire $s, please drop them off at the school with Mopsy or bring them to the craft faire on Dec 6th.

See you there and Thank You in advance!
