Jenny's burial and LTC meeting logistics

Dear community,
I have been getting questions about Jenny's burial and the LTC meeting logistics. The meeting will be starting at 11 as scheduled. However, we are conscious that honouring our treasured Jenny is of prime importance, and will be sure that there is no overlap, so that everyone who wants to be at both can. 
If we haven't concluded our business in a timely manner, we can recess, or defer items to the next meeting.
