LCA Housing Options Committee report:

The Housing Options Committee met several times last year, discussing various approaches to diversify housing options with a focus on housing accessibility for a range of socio-economic situations. We discussed, among others, co-ops, community land trusts, co-housing, tiny homes, private or co-operative mortgages. We look forward to getting back to the discussion over the coming year. Committee members are Ezra, Hilary, Tim, Shoshanah, and John.
