About Me
I feel incredibly fortunate to call both Lasqueti Island and the Oceanside region—Qualicum Beach and Parksville—home. Though I may be biased, I truly believe these are some of the most beautiful places in Canada.
After leaving Vancouver Island for Edmonton to advance my career, I found a fulfilling job but felt something was missing: the strong sense of community I had grown up with. The fast-paced city life lacked the genuine connections and opportunities to help others that I valued so much.
Driven to return to those meaningful experiences, I decided to pursue a career in real estate. Now, I have the privilege of offering others the same sense of belonging and community that I cherish. With a combination of my education and life experiences on the island, I returned to Vancouver Island to live my dream and help others do the same.

Wesley is experienced in understanding and serving the diverse real estate needs of Lasqueti Island and the Oceanside area. Over the years, he has supported numerous community members and new community members in meeting their real estate goals, and navigating complex property transactions that can be as unique and diverse as the community itself. Having grown up on Lasqueti himself, Wesley has a deep knowledge of and connection to the Island and community.

After spending many years abroad and working in diverse roles related to homebuilding, Wesley returned home to raise his two young children. Wesley spends his time between Lasqueti and Parksville, and is grateful for his children to grow up experiencing the wonderful community of Lasqueti as he did.

I was raised on Lasqueti, an experience that was both rare and uniquely formative. Growing up in an off-grid environment, I became well-versed in renewable energy and sustainable living. This has given me a deep understanding of how to live and manage properties in an off-grid setting. Whether you're looking to move to the island or sell, I can help ensure a smooth and easy transition, supported by my extensive connection to the local community.
I attended North Island College in Campbell River, where I received training in Drafting and Design. Later, I worked for a state-of-the-art construction facility in Edmonton, Alberta, gaining a wealth of experience over a decade in various roles, including Drafting and Design, Project Management, and as a subcontractor.
When it comes to real estate, I bring this diverse expertise to help you navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of island living.
