public correspondence on dock application

Northinfo [at] islandstrust [dot] bc [dot] ca (specifically Alan Cavin) has sent me a document with the combined responses to the private dock application. It is public information but not kept on the Trust website. There are 85 pages with over 60 submissions, with some repeats and some from more than one person. They were recieved in March and April last year.  I'm posting the document here.
